Silverjet to be sold ‘by the end of the week’

Begbies Traynor partner Mark Fry, the joint administrator of Luton Airport based business class airline Silverjet, said that he hopes to find a buyer this week, Accountancy Age reports.
He said that that there were three or four seriously interested parties, and ‘it is likely there will be a buyer by the end of the week.’ He did not disclose whether the buyer would recommence flights from the airport or under that Silverjet brand.
