Stelios planning easyJet travel agency

Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou and his team at easyGroup plan to use the easyJet name to launch an online travel agency, if the budget airline changes its name as part of their ongoing dispute, the Times reports. He currently licenses the name to the airline for £1 a year.
The airline said a couple of weeks ago that it is considering changing its name if it is unable to reach an agreement with Sir Stelios in a legal case about his share of easyJet's non flight related income and on its future strategy and operations. If this happened, Sir Stelios is said to be planning to use the name to set up an online travel agent similar to Expedia and Travelocity.
