Gulfstream appoint new manager at Luton Airport

Gulfstream Aerospace has appointed Sumi Fonseka general manager of the company’s Luton Service Center at Luton Airport. He will be in charge of the facility’s daily operations and anticipate the needs of Gulfstream customers in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
The Gulfstream Luton Service Center became part of the Gulfstream product support network 5 years ago. Since then, the facility has doubled in size to meet the maintenance needs of European and Middle Eastern business-jet owners. Last year the Luton Airport base provided service to more than 900 Gulfstream aircraft.
