easyJet question time for PM
18.07.10
easyJet staff at Luton Airport received a flying visit from a very special guest on Friday, when David Cameron popped in for a Question & Answers session. The Prime Minister was launching 'Cameron Direct', during which the audience can ask him 'anything and everything'.
On Friday he answered questions on a range of subjects including the economy, NHS, Afghanistan and the UK's budget deficit. He was also quizzed about the Government’s plans for reforming air passenger duty.
Asked if he would consider flying with easyJet for official visits, Mr Cameron said he would be more than happy to, before adding: ‘It might look a bit strange parking up next to Air Force One!'
