Snow hits flights again

Passengers flying from London airports faced delays today. Gatwick Airport's runway shut, Luton suspended all flights and BA has announced that it has cancelled all European and domestic flights leaving Heathrow after 19:00.
For the third day running, there were no Channel Tunnel Eurostar trains operating, but passengers hoping to escape the UK by plane also faced problems early in the morning and then again in the evening. And Luton Airport based budget airline easyJet warned that further snow could result in continued flight disruptions tomorrow.
