easyJet Tel Aviv flight exceeds expectations

easyJet expects to fly around 100,000 passengers in 2010 on its Luton Airport - Tel Aviv service and on its new Tel Aviv - Geneva route, that will begin flying at the end of August.
Oliver Aust, head of corporate affairs at easyJet, stated that the carrier's operations on the Luton - Tel Aviv route, which was launched last November, have exceeded expectations, and that to date it has flown 17,000 passengers. The airline flies the route 6 days a week, and offers fares starting £136 one way.
