easyJet boss £0.5m share buy

easyJet chief executive Andrew Harrison increased his stake in the budget airline by almost 50% yesterday, spending just under £½m on shares. He bought 187,452 shares at 264.75p each and now has 682,523 shares in the company, a stake of around 0.16% valued at £1.8m.
Shares in easyJet have fallen heavily in recent months, on the back of soaring oil prices and concerns over consumer demand. Mr Harrison also bought nearly 72,000 shares at 344.8p each in March.
